Overview

Jiminny is a conversation and revenue intelligence platform for sales teams that want calls, meetings, and email activity connected to CRM records. Its strongest fit is an organization that needs both conversation capture and coaching or deal-level insight; teams seeking only basic call tracking may find its contract and setup costs harder to justify.

Automatic transcription and summaries reduce the work of documenting conversations, while coaching insights and deal alerts give managers a way to focus attention on call quality and pipeline risks. The trade-off is a minimum 12-month contract even though billing can be monthly.

Key features

Conversation capture and AI notes

Jiminny records, transcribes, and summarizes conversations, including phone and video calls, and can suggest action items. That is useful for reps who need reliable follow-up records and for managers reviewing conversations without listening to every call. Support for more than 60 transcription languages broadens its usefulness for multilingual teams.

Coaching and pipeline insights

Automated call scoring, sales coaching insights, AI-powered deal insights, and real-time alerts are aimed at teams that want conversation data to inform coaching and identify risks or opportunities. These tools make Jiminny more than a meeting archive, though their value depends on managers actively using the signals to guide sales work.

CRM connections and security

Jiminny offers native apps for Salesforce and HubSpot, plus direct integrations with Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Bullhorn, and Copper. Its integration categories also include calendars, dialers, sales tools, and video conferencing. This range should suit teams built around one of those CRMs, while the named connections give buyers a concrete shortlist to check against their stack.

Jiminny says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, hosts on AWS, and is SOC 2 Type II certified and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. SSO, two-factor authentication, granular permissions, disaster recovery, monitoring, and regular security testing are among its stated controls. Customer Success, live chat, email support, onboarding sessions, training resources, and a Knowledge Base round out the support offer.

Pricing

Jiminny has a free plan and a 14-day trial of full features with no credit card required. The trial is a practical way to evaluate the workflow before committing, but paid plans require a minimum 12-month contract. Customers can pay monthly or annually at a discount, and a one-time setup fee applies; there is no platform fee.

Plan	Price	Best fit
Insights Seat	$42.00 USD per month	Managers or coaches who review and act on data
Recording Seat	$83.00 USD per month	Reps who join and record calls
Listener Seat	Custom pricing; $0/month	Users who need transcripts and summaries

The Insights Seat is the lowest published paid entry point and suits managers who need to work with conversation data rather than record calls as reps. Recording Seat costs more and is the option for reps joining and recording calls. Listener Seat is positioned at $0/month for transcript-and-summary access, but its price is custom; it is also the role excluded from the MCP Connector. The Jiminny MCP Connector is available on Scale and Grow tiers, so buyers who need it should confirm that their plan and role qualify.

Platforms

Jiminny supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and web, as well as an API and browser extension. That mix covers desktop and mobile access alongside integration options for teams connecting it to other software.

Who it's for

Jiminny makes the most sense for sales organizations that want a shared record of customer conversations, CRM-linked insights, and structured coaching or pipeline signals. Managers can use the Insights Seat to review and act on data, while reps who record calls need the Recording Seat. It is a weaker fit for teams that only need lightweight call tracking or cannot accept a year-long commitment and setup fee.

Pros and cons

Pros: Automatic recording, transcription, summaries, and suggested action items reduce manual note-taking across sales conversations.
Pros: Coaching insights, call scoring, deal insights, and real-time alerts connect conversation capture to manager and pipeline workflows.
Pros: Salesforce and HubSpot native apps and direct integrations with several other CRMs support common sales stacks.
Cons: A minimum 12-month contract and one-time setup fee make the commitment more substantial than the monthly billing option alone suggests.
Cons: Recording Seat is $83.00 USD per month, notably above the $42.00 USD Insights Seat, so teams equipping reps as well as managers should budget for the appropriate seat type.
Cons: The Listener Seat's custom pricing and the MCP Connector's Scale/Grow and role restrictions require buyers to verify fit before planning around those options.

Alternatives

Avoma is another freemium option, with Startup at $19.00 USD per month billed annually and free viewers, which may suit teams prioritizing lower-cost meeting and collaboration access.

Sybill may appeal to teams that want a free starting tier with stated weekly credits, monthly AI summary limits, and unlimited recordings and transcripts. Nimbata is a call-tracking alternative, with a free Entry plan that includes online and offline tracking, marketing reports, spam filtering, and one call flow.

Gong Forecast is an alternative for buyers considering a paid forecasting product. Verdict

Choose Jiminny if your sales team needs conversation records tied to CRM activity and intends to use coaching and deal insights, not just store calls. Its capture and analysis capabilities make it a strong fit for that combined workflow. Look elsewhere if you need only basic tracking or want to avoid a 12-month contract and setup fee.
