Overview

Resovu is a web-based booking and payment system for service businesses, including fitness studios and salons. It is a strong fit for teams that need class scheduling and customer self-service alongside bookings; the right plan depends on how quickly bookings and staff grow.

Key features

Bookings and classes

Customers can book through either a guided wizard or a single-page form on a mobile-optimized booking page. For studios, configurable class capacity and real-time seat availability help manage limited spaces; instructor scheduling, waitlists, and recurring classes support a regular timetable. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring bookings generate events automatically, reducing the need to set up repeat sessions one at a time.

Customer management and payments

A branded customer portal lets clients manage bookings, reschedule or rebook, and track loyalty points. Resovu accepts Stripe card payments and bank transfers via QR code, in CZK and EUR. Card fees vary substantially by plan, so businesses with high card volume should weigh the lower rates on upper tiers against their monthly cost.

Integrations, portability, and security

Two-way Google Calendar sync, Zapier, and real-time webhooks connect bookings with other workflows; a REST API is available on Enterprise. Businesses can export customer and booking records as CSV, and clients can download invoices as PDFs. Resovu describes AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive fields, HTTPS/TLS data transfer, tenant isolation, role-based access control, and rate limiting. Data is stored in an EU data center in Frankfurt.

Pricing

Resovu has a free plan, paid plans from €12/mo, and a 14-day trial. The free tier is a useful way for a solo provider to start, but its 3 services, 45 bookings per month, and one team member impose tight limits. It also has the highest card fee: 2,9 % + €0,15.

Plan	Price	Limits and card fees
Free	0.00 EUR per free	3 services, 45 bookings/month, 1 team member; 2,9 % + €0,15
Starter	12.00 EUR per month	10 services, 300 bookings/month, 3 team members; 1,9 % + €0,1
Professional	24.00 EUR per month	25 services, 1 000 bookings/month, 10 team members; 1,5 % + €0,05
Business	39.00 EUR per month	Unlimited services, bookings, and team members; 0,9 % + €0,04
Enterprise	59.00 EUR per month	Unlimited services, bookings, and team members; 0,5 %

Starter is the sensible first step for a small team that has outgrown the free booking cap: it raises monthly bookings to 300 and supports three staff. Professional accommodates a broader service list and up to 1 000 bookings with ten team members. Business removes the stated service, booking, and team limits, making it the clearest fit for a larger operation. Enterprise keeps those unlimited allowances, lowers the card fee further, and adds the REST API and priority support. The cheaper tiers give up capacity and carry higher card fees, so growing teams should compare both the monthly caps and transaction costs.

Platforms

Resovu is available on the web, with web-based booking for customers.

Who it's for

Resovu suits fitness, beauty, massage, and other service providers that want customers to book online and need tools for group sessions or recurring appointments. Its single-user free tier best suits a solo operator with low booking volume; studios with multiple instructors or fuller schedules will need a paid plan. Support is offered in Czech and English, which may suit teams working in either language.

Pros and cons

Pros

Class capacity, seat availability, instructor scheduling, waitlists, and recurring classes cover key needs for a studio timetable.
The branded portal lets customers handle bookings and loyalty points themselves, while CSV exports and PDF invoices support basic record portability.
Paid tiers expand team and booking limits while reducing card fees, with unlimited allowances on Business and Enterprise.

Cons

The free plan stops at 45 bookings per month and one team member, so even a small team may need to upgrade quickly.
Card fees are highest on Free and still vary by tier, which can make transaction costs a significant part of plan selection.
The only stated platform is web, so Resovu is not a fit for teams seeking a dedicated mobile app.

Alternatives

For a different fitness-class option, browse Fitness Class Scheduling Software. Choose ClassWolf if you need course and teacher limits on a free plan and can do without fee collection, reports, communications, and online payments. YogaCRM is worth considering if Android and iOS access or a Solo Teacher plan with unlimited bookings and 0% platform fees matters more. Choose DANZ if broad platform coverage and its 26-module Solo plan are priorities. Arketa may suit a business seeking class, private, and event scheduling across web and mobile, though its Individual plan has a 3% transaction fee plus Stripe fees. Eversports Manager is an option for studios comparing a Light plan capped at 49 bookings per month. Consider Momence if you want a paid product with a free trial. Pike13 may suit a studio that needs unlimited staff seats and client profiles, though its Essential plan requires a 12-month contract. Glofox is another paid option for booking, scheduling, member management, and payment processing.

Verdict

Resovu is a practical choice for service businesses, especially fitness studios, that want class controls, recurring bookings, customer self-service, and payment options in one web system. Its free plan lowers the barrier to starting, while paid tiers make room for more services, bookings, and staff and reduce card fees. Look elsewhere if a dedicated mobile app is essential, or compare the transaction fees and monthly limits carefully before choosing a plan.
