Overview

Founded in 2011, GaggleAMP centers on suggested activities employees can choose to share through their own social accounts. Members can personalize a post, reject a suggestion, or ignore it, so the program does not require employees to hand over control of what they publish. The company says it does not see users’ social network credentials.

Content approval, a content library, and advanced analytics support a more managed advocacy program than a simple sharing prompt. That breadth will matter most to organizations that need to coordinate activity and connect it to marketing or sales outcomes; it may be more than a small team needs.

Key features

AI-assisted sharing

The AI Suite generates post variations, helps members personalize them, and recommends activities and send times. That gives program managers more ways to offer employees ready-to-adapt content, while leaving employees a choice about what they share. The full AI Suite is included in the custom plan.

Measurement and integrations

GaggleAMP reports reach, clicks, engagement, earned media value, and pipeline attribution using UTM tracking. It connects with Slack and Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and social networks including LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Link-tracking integrations include Google Analytics, Bitly, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, and Oracle Marketing Cloud. This range makes the product more compelling for teams that want advocacy activity tied to existing communication and marketing workflows.

Security and support

GaggleAMP states that it is SOC 2-certified and supports SAML 2.0-compatible identity providers including Okta, PingOne, Auth0, OneLogin, Azure, and Google Workspace. Its data FAQ says data is hosted in US data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and production access is restricted to specific senior, background-checked personnel. The Knowledge Center provides support requests, product updates, FAQs, use cases, and member and manager guides.

Pricing

GaggleAMP is paid software with custom pricing and no free plan. Its Custom pricing plan is billed annually, with one-year contracts at a 10% uplift, a two-year contract at the standard base rate, and three-year contracts 5% below base. Price is based on company size; the plan includes unlimited members, the full AI Suite, Slack and Teams, and one Gaggle. Additional Gaggles are quoted separately.

This structure favors organizations ready to commit to an annual contract and discuss scope rather than buyers comparing transparent per-seat prices. Teams should weigh the contract term against the stated rate adjustment and account for separately quoted Gaggles. Teams with 100 or more employees are assigned a Customer Success Manager from day one for onboarding and program development, a meaningful support provision for larger rollouts.

Platforms

GaggleAMP is available on web, Android, and iOS. The mobile apps suit employees who engage with suggested activities away from a desktop, while the web option supports program use at a computer.

Who it's for

GaggleAMP is aimed at marketing, sales and revenue, HR and communications, and leadership teams. It is a strong fit when several groups need a coordinated employee advocacy program, measurable engagement, and connections to tools such as Slack, Teams, Salesforce, or marketing analytics platforms. Organizations that want a free tier, published pricing, or a short commitment should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Advanced reporting spans engagement through pipeline attribution, giving teams more ways to connect sharing to business outcomes.
Pros: AI post variations, personalization support, and activity recommendations can help managers supply employees with adaptable content.
Pros: Employees retain discretion over sharing, and the company says it does not see their social credentials.
Pros: SAML single sign-on, stated SOC 2 certification, and a broad set of integrations address needs common in larger organizations.
Cons: There is no free plan or published price, so buyers must request a quote to assess cost.
Cons: Annual contracts carry different rate terms by length, and additional Gaggles are quoted separately.

Alternatives

Compare social media advocacy software if you want to review the category broadly. Consider SocialWeaver if a freemium option, a free trial, or published monthly plans better fit your buying process; its Starter plan is $100.00 USD per month, billed $100 per month, and includes 10 channels, 1 user, and 20 employees.

DSMN8 is another paid option on Android, iOS, and web. EveryoneSocial may suit buyers seeking a single plan priced by user count, with pilots from 500 people to rollouts of 50,000 or more; it is paid, has no free plan, and supports Android, iOS, API, and web. PostBeyond is a paid alternative with custom pricing that requires contacting its team.

Clearview Social may suit buyers who prefer published annual plans: its Team plan is $425.00 USD per month, billed annually, for 1 admin, 3 social accounts, employee advocacy, and 50 employees. Ambassify is a paid web, iOS, and Android alternative with plans organized by employee count: Essential for up to 200, Premium for 200 to 500, and Enterprise for over 500.

PeopleSocial may be worth considering if a free trial and published pricing matter; it is paid, runs on Android, iOS, and web, and its plan combines a $600.00 USD monthly base fee with an additional per-employee charge. PostPlanify is a paid alternative with a free trial, API and web platforms, and published Workspace and Growth plans; it may fit teams looking for a tool organized around social accounts, users, and posts.

Verdict

Choose GaggleAMP if your organization is ready to run a coordinated employee advocacy program and needs AI-assisted content, measurable outcomes, and links to its collaboration, sales, and marketing tools. Its main advantage is the combination of employee choice with detailed reporting and broad integrations. Look elsewhere if you need a free entry point, a published price, or less commitment than an annual custom plan.
