Overview

Separate calendars for therapists and rooms let staff plan appointments against two key constraints at once. Deposits at booking and gift cards sold at the counter or by payment link support advance commitments and later purchases. Packages and memberships deduct a session at each visit and show the remaining balance at the desk, helping staff keep track of repeat services.

Oils and cosmetics used in treatments or sold at the counter share a stock system. Payments are matched to visits, and the spa setup works with inyad POS, inyad TPE All-in-One, inyad Staff, and inyad Collect. Appointments, checkout, and payments continue offline and sync when the internet returns, a meaningful safeguard for businesses where an interruption could disrupt service.

Key features

Scheduling and online booking: Separate room and therapist calendars support appointment planning. Guests can book online from mobile, tablet, or desktop without installing an app.
Deposits, gift cards, and visit balances: Deposits can be collected at booking; gift cards can be sold at the counter or through payment links. Packages and memberships deduct visits automatically, with the balance visible to staff.
Stock and payments: Treatment supplies and retail products use the same inventory system, while payments are matched to visits. This suits spas combining services and counter sales.
Reporting and offline work: Room occupancy, treatment revenue, and therapist activity can be viewed on a phone in real time. Core appointment and checkout tasks continue offline and sync later.
Setup and support: The service describes on-site setup and staff training, daily support, and on-site intervention if a call cannot resolve an issue. That level of operational assistance may matter to teams moving several workflows into one system.

Pricing

inyad is freemium, with a free plan and a 7-day trial advertised for Morocco. However, the free plan is stated for POS and Invoicing; eligibility for the spa plan is not established, so spa operators should confirm it before treating the service as a no-cost option.

inyad Pay (Morocco): 0.00 MAD per month. It is free while processing payments, but the terminal must be purchased separately and there is a one-time activation fee. This is a payment-oriented option, not a substitute for evaluating the full spa setup.
inyad POS (Morocco): 149.00 MAD per month starting price, with POS and inventory. The entry price is useful for businesses prioritizing those functions, but it does not establish the cost or inclusion of every spa feature.
inyad POS Classic (Morocco): 2999.00 MAD per once for a one-time Classic license with local software. It avoids a monthly license charge, but the one-time price and local-software format make it a different commitment from the subscription.

These prices are Morocco-specific; compare the payment, terminal, and activation terms as well as the license price when deciding what the operation will cost.

Platforms

inyad supports Android and web. The browser-based booking experience works on mobile, tablet, and desktop without an app, while an Android app is also available. The Business Account page says payment processing is PCI DSS certified, card data is not stored on the device, and stored data is encrypted with AES-256.

Who it's for

Spas and wellness centers that need to coordinate rooms, therapists, appointments, memberships, stock, and payments are the clearest fit. Multi-location operators may value the broad operational scope, while businesses reliant on steady connectivity may particularly appreciate offline checkout. It is less suitable for buyers who need confirmed spa-plan free access or a clear total cost before verifying the separate payment and POS terms.

Pros and cons

Pro: Room and therapist calendars address two distinct scheduling constraints in one workflow.
Pro: Inventory covers both treatment supplies and retail products, reducing the need to split those operations.
Pro: Appointments, checkout, and payments continue offline and sync later, helping preserve service continuity.
Pro: On-site setup, training, daily support, and escalation to on-site intervention can support teams adopting several connected tools.
Con: The advertised free plan applies to POS and Invoicing, while spa-plan eligibility is not established; a spa should confirm access rather than assume it is included.
Con: The free payment option still requires a separately purchased terminal and one-time activation fee, so 0.00 MAD per month does not mean setup is cost-free.
Con: The listed POS starting price does not by itself establish the full cost of the spa workflow.

Alternatives

For another option focused on spa operations, compare the Spa Management Software category. Businesses centered on fitness coaching rather than spa rooms and treatments can browse Personal Trainer Scheduling Software.

Cloud Studio Manager is worth considering when unlimited users and a whole-platform free plan matter most; it has no free trial and supports Android, iOS, and web.
Loqlee may suit a small operation that can work within its free Starter plan's one vertical and up to three staff accounts, with basic order and booking management.
Salonist is an alternative for businesses that can stay within its free Marketplace Listing's 50 appointments per month, with online booking, scheduling, and staff shifts; its Essential plan is 59.00 USD per month.
Vi-Office PMS Spa offers a free web plan with bookings, room assignments, commissions, and billing; choose it only if its inactivity and data-retention terms suit your operation.
Meevo is a paid salon-and-spa alternative with plans including user, email-contact, or SMS-credit limits.
Phorest is a paid alternative whose Starter and Grow plans include unlimited devices and staff.
LABÉAU is a paid option with a 12-month Silver plan at 174.92 MYR per month, including online bookings, WhatsApp reminders, client records, reporting, and email support.
ReSpark uses custom quotes based on business size, number of outlets, and required features.

Verdict

Choose inyad if your spa needs room-and-therapist scheduling alongside stock, payments, memberships, and offline checkout in one operational setup. Its breadth and service continuity are the strongest reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere or confirm terms first if a genuinely free spa plan or a predictable total cost is essential, since free-plan eligibility, terminal purchase, activation, and POS pricing affect the decision.
