Overview

Fair HQ is built to help companies track and improve social KPIs through employee surveys and audits of HR processes, policies and behaviours. Surveys gather anonymised insights on eNPS, engagement, inclusion and equality. This combination can give organizations a broader basis for improvement than employee feedback or process review alone, particularly when they want to follow progress over time.

Key features

The platform offers more than 1,000 data points, insights and benchmarks for tracking progress. It pairs measurement with personalised, data-driven strategies, science-backed actions, and policy and process templates. That makes the platform relevant to organizations looking to turn results into concrete follow-up; recommendations still depend on the company to put changes into practice.

Fair HQ includes a DEI metrics dashboard, pay-equity analysis, inclusive recruiting, DEI action plans and anonymous feedback. Its Slack bot sends evidence-backed nudges to managers, bringing inclusion prompts into day-to-day work rather than restricting guidance to periodic reviews.

Integration with more than 50 HR platforms, including Workday, HiBob and Sage, may help connect the service to existing HR systems. Fair HQ processes potentially sensitive data, including race, ethnic origin, health and sexual orientation. Its terms describe industry-standard protective systems and processes, but organizations should assess this data handling against their own requirements.

Pricing

Fair HQ is paid software with custom pricing. The homepage invites prospective customers to book a demo, and the terms say Fair HQ notifies customers of platform fees. There is no public plan breakdown or price to compare, so buyers will need to establish the cost and fit directly with the company.

Platforms

Fair HQ runs on the web and is hosted online through infrastructure providers. It is not available locally from an employer’s systems, which makes it a poor fit for organizations that require local hosting. Fair HQ exclusively manages and supports the platform and says it will respond promptly to support requests; non-standard support may incur reasonable fees.

Who it's for

Fair HQ is specifically aimed at private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. It is a strong candidate for those seeking regular DEI measurement, HR audits, benchmarks and manager guidance in one web service. Organizations that need local deployment or are not prepared to review how sensitive employee data is processed should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Surveys, HR audits and progress tracking bring employee feedback and internal practices into one measurement process.
Pros: Benchmarks, action guidance and templates connect findings with possible next steps.
Pros: More than 50 HR integrations and Slack nudges can bring the service closer to existing workflows.
Cons: Custom pricing makes costs harder to assess before contacting Fair HQ.
Cons: Online-only hosting excludes employers that require local deployment.
Cons: Processing sensitive employee data calls for close review of organizational privacy requirements.
