Overview

Everee Onboarding+ is a worker-onboarding and compliance product for organizations managing distributed hires across clients, roles or locations. It is best suited to staffing, healthcare and field-services operations that need more than basic form collection. Its strongest case is bringing remote I-9 review, E-Verify, credentials and custom documents into one workflow.

Founded in 2018, Everee handles W-4, 1099 and state forms; Onboarding+ adds I-9 and E-Verify workflows, credential tracking and custom worker documents. WorkBright powers the product’s I-9, E-Verify, credential-verification and document workflows.

Key features

Remote I-9 and E-Verify

Authorized representatives can complete Section 2 identity-document review remotely and submit it into the system. E-Verify cases are created automatically as I-9s arrive, with statuses tracked in one place. That combination suits organizations coordinating hiring across sites, though teams seeking only a basic online E-Verify service may not need the broader onboarding package.

Credentials and custom documents

Workers can upload professional credentials such as RN, LPN, BLS, ACLS, CDL, MA and EMT qualifications, plus custom certifications. Administrators can review them and track expiration dates, a practical fit for roles where credentials must be kept current.

Administrators can build reusable templates with variable fields for worker-specific contracts, NDAs, policy acknowledgments and equipment receipts. Structured signature workflows enforce the intended signing order. Signed documents and verified credentials are stored with an audit trail and can be retrieved in seconds.

Integrations and implementation

Everee lists integrations with staffing, workforce and HR systems including LaborEdge, Bullhorn, Deputy, Fountain, QuickBooks Online and VimHR. APIs, webhooks and embeddable experiences cover employee and contractor onboarding, worker data, timesheets, payroll and pay-statement access. Everee says most customers are live in two weeks, with Customer Success helping configure documents and set up I-9 and E-Verify workflows.

Pricing

Standard I-9 and onboarding workflows are free, included at no additional charge. This is the entry point for organizations that need standard onboarding and I-9 workflows but not Onboarding+’s additional compliance and document capabilities.

Onboarding+ uses custom pricing, billed per new hire onboarded and based on workforce size and document complexity. E-Verify, remote I-9, electronic signatures, an audit trail, API access and employee self-service are included. Per-hire billing may suit variable hiring volumes, but organizations should weigh its cost against their expected onboarding volume before choosing it. No trial terms or usage caps are given.

Platforms

Everee supports Android, iOS and web, with API access for integrations and embedded experiences. Everee states that it uses industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information.

Who it's for

Onboarding+ is aimed at organizations hiring distributed or field workers across several clients, job types or locations. Staffing firms, healthcare employers and field-services operators have the clearest fit, particularly when they need to track credentials alongside I-9s and collect role-specific documents. A smaller employer with straightforward onboarding may find the standard workflows sufficient; teams needing only E-Verify may prefer a narrower option.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad compliance workflow: Remote Section 2 review, automatic E-Verify case creation and status tracking reduce the need to manage those steps separately.
Credential oversight: Workers can submit common and custom credentials, while administrators can review them and track expirations.
Flexible documents: Reusable templates and sequenced signatures support contracts and operational paperwork beyond standard tax forms.
Integration options: A broad set of listed integrations plus APIs, webhooks and embedding can connect onboarding to wider worker and payroll processes.

Cons

Custom pricing: Onboarding+ is billed per new hire, so organizations need a quote to judge its cost against their hiring volume and document needs.
Specialized value: Teams needing only basic onboarding or E-Verify may not benefit from the additional credential and custom-document workflows.

Verdict

Choose Everee Onboarding+ if your organization hires distributed or field workers and needs remote I-9 review, E-Verify, credential oversight and custom documents in a single process. Its breadth and integration options are the main reasons to choose it; custom per-hire pricing is the main reason to seek a quote carefully or look elsewhere if your needs are limited to basic onboarding or E-Verify alone.
