Overview

event67 is a branded companion app for in-person conferences that want to put schedules, attendee connections, and session participation in one place. It suits organizers focused on the participant experience; its per-attendee charges and lack of core event operations make it a poor fit as an all-in-one platform.

Key features

Schedules and workshops

Attendees can filter a live schedule by tracks and session details, build personal agendas, and RSVP for workshops. Waitlists help organizers handle demand after workshops fill, making the app useful for navigating a busy program without turning it into a ticketing or registration system.

Networking and participation

A searchable attendee directory and profiles support discovery, while QR-code connections work in person and connection requests serve remote exchanges. Moderated Q&A, polls, crowd reactions, and session feedback give participants ways to contribute during sessions; these tools are engagement features, not video or matchmaking services.

Branding and integrations

Organizers can brand the app and publish it under their own name in the App Store and Google Play, alongside a web version. The Partner API, signed webhooks, and scheduled data sources can read event records, receive updates, and import partner data. Integrations require a paid organization plan, so they are not part of the free entry point.

Pricing

The free plan costs $0.00 per free and is billed $0 forever. It includes one live event, up to 50 activated attendees, and the whole feature set. That cap makes it a practical choice for a small event, but organizers with a larger audience need to budget for attendee-based charges.

Event Pass costs $5.00 per once: the first 50 attendees are free, then each activated attendee beyond 50 costs $5, charged 48 hours after the event ends. There is no event limit, and charges are capped at $4,750 per event. This suits occasional organizers who want to pay around event usage rather than commit to an annual credit bundle.

Season Pass Starter is $8,750.00 per year for 2,500 attendee credits; Growth is $30,000.00 per year for 10,000 credits; Scale is $62,500.00 per year for 25,000 credits. Unused credits roll over for 12 months on each plan, and overage costs $5 per attendee. These annual plans suit recurring events whose volume fits the included credits; the higher upfront commitment is harder to justify for an occasional conference. There is no free trial.

Platforms

Attendees can use event67 on Android, iOS, or the web. An API is also available. The listed event mode is in person, so virtual-event needs call for another product.

Who it's for

event67 is best for organizers who already have other event operations covered and want a branded attendee app for schedules, networking, and audience participation. It is not the right choice for teams needing ticket sales, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, video streaming, or algorithmic matchmaking.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan includes the whole feature set for one event and up to 50 activated attendees, allowing small events to use the full attendee experience without a subscription.
Pros: Branded app-store publishing, web access, personal agendas, workshop waitlists, and multiple engagement tools cover several attendee needs in one companion app.
Pros: The Event Pass has no event limit and caps charges at $4,750 per event, giving occasional organizers a defined ceiling.
Cons: Ticketing, badge printing, lead retrieval, streaming, and algorithmic matchmaking are outside its scope, so organizers must cover those functions elsewhere.
Cons: The free plan stops at 50 activated attendees, while annual plans require substantial upfront spend and Event Pass charges rise with attendance.
Cons: The maker says the service has no SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certification, HIPAA compliance, or FedRAMP authorization. Data is processed primarily in the United States; profile and participation data persist until deletion is requested, with no scheduled purge and no in-app deletion button.

The maker says traffic is served over HTTPS, authentication uses Firebase Authentication, and the API runs on Google Cloud Run. Support says it answers within one business day, usually sooner, at support@event67.com.

Alternatives

Within Recruiting Events Software, consider Eventus for its per-user pricing, first 10 users free, and paid trial; Handshake for a freemium recruiting platform with 10 monthly messages on Basic; Withe for career fairs, with its first three fairs free and resume capture; or Symplicity Recruit for job posts across schools and Smart Invites. For virtual fairs, EasyVirtualFair offers per-event and annual licensing. GradLeaders is another paid option with Android, API, iOS, and web support. Eventify offers attendee-credit plans with prices not provided, while FairUp is a freemium web option.

Verdict

Choose event67 when a conference needs a branded, in-person companion app and the organizer wants attendees to manage schedules, connect, and participate without paying for a full event suite. Its broad attendee toolkit and free 50-person tier are compelling for small events; look elsewhere if you need event operations, virtual delivery, or stronger stated compliance credentials.
