Overview

Agents can support calls and conversations, capture leads, and handle scheduling. The visual builder combines branches, loops, decision trees, API calls, and human handoff, giving teams room to shape more involved interactions without programming. Agents can draw on URLs, uploaded documents, or directly entered material, while integrations include calendars, CRMs, Shopify, Make, n8n, and 40+ tools; custom connections use REST.

Real-time dashboards cover conversations, response times, and satisfaction. The combination of workflow control, knowledge sources, and integrations is useful for agencies adapting agents to different client operations. The main constraint is credits: estimated message counts vary by plan, and real usage depends on model and response length.

Key features

Multiple deployment channels: The platform supports web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS, and realtime voice. Access is tiered: Starter includes a web widget and Telegram, while Pro expands messaging options; voice and phone require Business or above. That makes the channel breadth meaningful, but not available at the entry price.
Realtime voice: Supported models include Gemini Live, Grok AI Live, Ultravox, and ElevenLabs. SIP trunking allows use of a customer's number and carrier. Voice AI stack costs are $0.05–0.10 per minute, and Twilio phone-line fees are separate; Business and higher plans also limit phone numbers and concurrent call lines by plan.
Agency delivery: White Label adds custom domain and branding, with 20 client sub-accounts; White Label Elite adds SaaS mode and client self-signup, plus unlimited seats and clients. These tools suit agencies selling managed deployments, though the higher monthly commitment is substantial.
Privacy and support: The company states that it is GDPR compliant, offers Frankfurt EU and US data regions, and isolates data per client. The agency offer includes priority support; email contact and a Discord community are also provided.

Pricing

The free plan is 0.00 USD per free, billed forever, with 500 monthly credits (about 182 estimated messages), Tier 4 models, a web widget, and a one-time 500-credit trial. It is useful for a small evaluation, but the monthly allowance is modest and does not establish ongoing voice access.

Starter costs 29.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 5,000 credits (about 1.8k estimated messages), Tier 3+ models, a web widget, and Telegram. It is the lowest paid option for a basic text deployment. Pro is 59.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and raises the allowance to 15,000 credits (about 5.5k estimated messages) with Tier 2+ models, additional channels including WhatsApp and Instagram, live handoff and ticketing, and lead capture. It is the more capable fit for teams handling active customer conversations, but voice remains gated above it.

Business costs 99.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes 25,000 credits (about 9.1k estimated messages), Tier 1 models, voice and campaigns, full API, and an unbranded widget. This is the entry plan for voice. White Label is 199.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 60,000 credits (about 22k estimated messages), Tier 1 models, 20 client sub-accounts, agency tools, and an unbranded widget. White Label Elite costs 349.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and provides 120,000 credits (about 44k estimated messages), SaaS mode, client self-signup, unlimited seats and clients, and a rebrandable full API. These two plans are for agencies packaging the service for multiple clients, rather than a single small deployment.

Chat is estimated at 100–300 messages per dollar depending on model and length, so credit allowances should be weighed against expected traffic rather than treated as fixed message quotas. Twilio line charges are on top of voice usage costs. The listed message limit is 1,800 messages per month, so buyers should reconcile that limit with their expected use and plan allowance before committing.

Platforms

ConvoCore is available through web and API. The channel mix is broader than those platform labels: deployed agents can reach users through messaging services and, on eligible plans, realtime voice.

Who it's for

ConvoCore suits agencies and businesses that want to build and resell agents, connect them to existing calendars or CRMs, and deploy them across customer channels. Its examples include healthcare, dental practices, scheduling, and real estate. It is less suitable for a low-cost voice launch, since voice starts at Business and per-minute stack costs and Twilio fees sit outside the subscription.

Pros and cons

Pros: Visual branching, loops, handoff, and API calls let teams build beyond simple scripted exchanges without programming.
Pros: Knowledge inputs, 40+ integrations, and REST connections offer practical flexibility for different client workflows.
Pros: White Label and Elite include concrete agency capabilities, from client sub-accounts to self-signup and unlimited clients.
Cons: Voice requires at least the 99.00 USD per month Business plan, with usage and phone-line charges additional.
Cons: Lower plans have constrained credits and channel access; Starter, for example, is limited to a web widget and Telegram.
Cons: Credit-to-message estimates vary with model and length, which makes budgeting less predictable than a simple message allowance.

Alternatives

For a broader set of SMS-focused options, start with SMS Chatbot Software. Choose AthenaText if its freemium plan structure is a better fit; its free plan has no credits, AI replies, or voice calls. Gupshup is worth considering when a per-message fee model suits the deployment, with WhatsApp fees billed at actuals.

Crisp offers a free plan with two seats and unlimited conversations, but no AI credits. Jack The Butler is the free, open-source option, with hosting and AI API usage potentially costing extra. Smobi uses custom pricing with a standard platform fee and per-message usage, including RCS billed per use.

TextIt may suit teams looking for a contact-based messaging plan: its paid plan is 25.00 USD per month for 1,000 messaged contacts, with extra messaged contacts at $0.01/mo. Sinch Engage is another paid option, with plans organized around SMS volume and user counts. Sarufi offers a freemium alternative with a Developer plan allowance of 1,000 messages per month.

Verdict

Choose ConvoCore if you need no-code agent workflows, multiple deployment channels, and agency tooling in one platform, especially when you expect to serve several clients. Look elsewhere if voice must be inexpensive or predictable: it begins at Business, and per-minute voice costs and Twilio fees add to the subscription.
