Overview

LIA combines customer-facing conversations with tools for moving prospects toward sales follow-up. It draws responses from approved company material and can pass unanswered questions to a human, which offers a useful fallback when its knowledge base does not cover a buyer’s request. That makes it a broader choice than a simple FAQ bot, but teams wanting only basic website chat may be paying for workflow breadth they do not need.

ConnectLoop says website setup takes about 60 seconds: enter a URL and add one line of code. WhatsApp connection takes longer because Meta must approve the business account. LIA detects visitor language; English, Spanish and Portuguese are supported.

Key features

Conversation, qualification and follow-up

LIA answers from sources such as product catalogs, FAQs, sales playbooks and website pages, then can qualify buyers using SPIN and MEDDIC and score them hot, warm or cold. The combination can help inbound teams prioritize promising conversations, while human handoff keeps unanswered questions from being treated as resolved. Its scores are a triage aid, not a substitute for a rep’s assessment.

It books, reschedules and cancels meetings against real-time Google Calendar and Outlook availability. LIA can also draft personalized email follow-ups for human review and continue website conversations on WhatsApp. This connects several steps in an inbound workflow, though the email drafts still require a person’s review.

Visitor intelligence and sales coaching

LIA tracks anonymous visitors’ page views, time on site and repeat visits, linking that history to a profile when someone identifies themselves. That can give a sales team context for a follow-up; the value depends on visitors becoming identifiable.

For sales teams, it can suggest questions and objection guidance during calls, analyze calls afterward and run scored role-plays. These coaching tools make it more relevant to teams supporting reps as well as capturing leads, but less compelling for organizations that only need automated web responses.

Connections and safeguards

ConnectLoop lists more than 20 integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Monday.com, Freshworks and Zendesk, alongside calendars, email, commerce and knowledge tools. The breadth can reduce workflow fragmentation for teams already using those systems. ConnectLoop also describes its WhatsApp connection as native Business API integration with verified Embedded Signup and says it is an official Meta Business Partner.

Product safeguards include per-company data isolation, configurable access controls, consent-based lead capture, configurable PII controls, sensitive-data masking and conversation audit trails. ConnectLoop states that LIA is Google CASA Tier 2 verified and offers GDPR compliance support. These controls matter for teams handling buyer information, though they do not replace an organization’s own privacy and compliance review.

Pricing

LIA has a free plan and four paid tiers. The main trade-off is capacity: lower tiers cap messages, agents and lead owners, while Enterprise allows custom limits and dedicated support.

Free — 0.00 USD per month: 200 messages, 1 agent per workspace, 1 lead owner and community support, with no email reply agent. This is suitable for a small evaluation or very light use, but the message ceiling and missing email reply agent constrain it as an ongoing team workflow.
Launch — 599.00 USD per month: 5,000 messages per month, then $0.08 per additional message; 2 agents per workspace, 4 lead owners and standard support. It is the entry paid tier for teams ready to run regular inbound volume, but overages can add cost.
Growth — 1299.00 USD per month: 15,000 messages per month, then $0.06 per additional message; 3 agents per workspace, 6 lead owners and standard support. It gives a growing team more headroom at a lower overage rate than Launch.
Scale — 2999.00 USD per month: 37,500 messages per month, then $0.05 per additional message; 10 agents per workspace, 30 lead owners and priority support. This is the most suitable fixed tier for larger teams with substantial volume and a need for priority support.
Enterprise — custom pricing: custom message, agent and lead-owner limits, with dedicated support. It suits organizations that need limits tailored beyond the fixed tiers.

Choose by expected message volume as well as team size: each paid plan sets both a quota and an overage rate, so a team that regularly exceeds its allowance should compare the next tier rather than treating the base price as its whole cost.

Platforms

LIA is available on the web. Its customer conversations can span websites, WhatsApp and email, but that does not change its listed platform availability.

Who it's for

LIA is best suited to inbound revenue teams that want lead conversations, qualification, meeting handling and rep coaching in one product, particularly those using its listed CRM and calendar integrations. It is a weaker fit for a solo operator or small team with low chat volume, or anyone looking for an inexpensive, narrowly focused chatbot.

Pros and cons

Pros: Combines buyer conversations, qualification, meeting management and sales coaching, supporting a connected inbound workflow.
Pros: Human handoff for unanswered questions and human review of email drafts provide review points in otherwise automated interactions.
Pros: The free tier gives a no-cost way to begin, and the listed CRM, calendar and messaging integrations cover common sales workflows.
Cons: Free is limited to 200 messages, one agent and one lead owner, and excludes the email reply agent.
Cons: Paid plans begin at 599.00 USD per month, and additional messages incur per-message charges after each quota.
Cons: WhatsApp setup depends on Meta business-account approval, so it is not as immediate as website setup.

Alternatives

Quickchat AI is worth considering if API or self-hosted availability matters; its free plan includes 50 AI credits per month, one user license and 50 knowledge-base articles, for personal, non-commercial use.
Tars offers a free plan with 50 conversations per month, basic LLM models and training across five knowledge bases, making it an option for a smaller conversation allowance.
FullContext has a free plan with 100 credits per month, one agent, five resources and 20 webpages; its Starter plan is 199.00 USD per month, a lower-priced alternative for buyers focused on those limits.
WorkBot SalesFlow Assistant has a free trial and a Pro Plan described as including 1,000,000 tokens and 10 AI agents; consider it if those stated capacity measures fit better than LIA’s message-based tiers.
Chatbase gives its free plan 50 message credits per month, one member, one AI agent and 1 MB of training content, an option for testing a smaller knowledge-based chat setup.
Landbot offers a free plan with 100 chats per month and one seat, and a Starter plan at 32.00 EUR per month billed annually; consider it if a lower-cost chat allowance is the priority.
Manychat has a free plan for 25 active contacts per month across two channels, with four active automations and one user, making it relevant when contact volume and channel count are modest.
Engati is another chatbot and live-chat option.

Verdict

Choose ConnectLoop LIA if your inbound team needs conversations, qualification, meetings and sales coaching connected, and your volume justifies a paid tier. Its strongest reason to buy is that breadth, backed by human handoff and a wide integration list. Look elsewhere if you need only a lightweight chatbot or cannot justify a 599.00 USD per month starting point once the free plan’s tight limits are outgrown.
