Overview

Brikone is a property management platform for coordinating rent collection, maintenance, and financial records. It serves property managers across the United States and supports residential properties including single-family homes, multifamily buildings, condos, townhouses, and apartment complexes. The company says the idea began in 2024, development started in early 2025, and early access launched in late 2025.

The platform combines tenant payments, maintenance workflows, accounting, owner statements, and portfolio reporting. Its accounting tools include a double-entry general ledger, owner financial statements, and financial reports. Accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliation are also listed capabilities. Trust accounting and three-way reconciliation are available on Professional and Enterprise.

Key features

Rent collection

Tenants can pay by ACH, credit card, or debit card, and can set up autopay. Managers can track payments in real time and apply automatic late fees. Processing uses Stripe Connect, with funds sent to the manager’s Stripe-connected bank account; Brikone says it does not hold rent payments.

Maintenance coordination

Tenants can submit requests with photos. Managers can set priorities, assign vendors, and send automated status updates. HandyBrik is an AI agent for maintenance triage and contractor dispatch. LeaseBrik handles lead responses, showing coordination, applicant screening, and lease generation. Users approve each step.

Integrations, security, and documents

Brikone lists Stripe Connect, Resend, AWS S3, Calendly, Cloudflare, and Claude AI as live integrations. QuickBooks Online and other services are marked as roadmap items, rather than live integrations. The company says the platform uses role-based access, audit logging, and data encryption; its integrations information also attributes DDoS protection and SSL termination to Cloudflare. Executed leases, management agreements, evidence files, and bank statements are stored in AWS S3 with signed URL access control.

Pricing

Brikone has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly, with annual billing saving 15% on the paid tiers. The listed monthly prices and plan limits are:

Plan	Price	Listed allowance
Landlord	0.00 USD per free	Up to 3 units; free forever, no credit card
Starter	49.00 USD per month	Up to 20 units, 14-day free trial, up to 3 staff users
Professional	99.00 USD per month	Up to 20 units, 14-day free trial, up to 10 staff users
Enterprise	199.00 USD per month	Up to 20 units, custom onboarding, unlimited staff users

Adding units is blocked once an account reaches its plan limit until the customer upgrades. Canceled-account data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Support varies by tier: Landlord and Starter include email support; Professional adds priority email and chat; Enterprise includes phone, email, and chat.

Platforms

Brikone lists Android, iOS, web, and API availability. Its deployment is listed as web.

Who it's for

Brikone is aimed at property managers handling U.S. residential portfolios who want tenant payments, maintenance coordination, and accounting in one platform. Its listed property types span individual homes through apartment complexes. The plan limits matter for growing portfolios: the pricing page lists up to 20 units on each paid plan, and unit additions stop at the limit until an upgrade.

Pros and cons

Pros: Payment options include ACH, credit and debit cards, plus autopay; managers get maintenance tracking and accounting tools; the two AI agents cover separate leasing and maintenance tasks, with user approval at each step.
Cons: Paid plans list the same 20-unit ceiling, so upgrading does not raise that stated limit. QuickBooks Online is a roadmap item, not a listed live integration. Trust accounting and three-way reconciliation require Professional or Enterprise.

Alternatives

For other property-management options, consider Hemlane, Landlord Studio, or MRI Property Management X. Readers focused on financial workflows can also compare REI Hub, Hutstack Property, PROMAS The Professional Landlord, RealPage OneSite, and Rentastic.

Verdict

Brikone brings rent collection, maintenance workflows, and property accounting together, with multiple payment methods and defined approval steps for its AI agents. Its strongest fit is a residential manager whose portfolio and staffing needs match the listed plan caps. Before choosing a paid tier, confirm that the 20-unit allowance and available integrations fit the operation, and note that the broader trust-accounting features are limited to Professional and Enterprise.
