Pick Bark if…
Bark suits developers and researchers who want an open-source model for generating speech, music, or other audio from text. Its short typical output length and lack of custom voice cloning are important constraints to consider.
Pick Vanilla if…
Vanilla suits Mac users who want to hide menu bar icons. Pro may fit users who want shortcuts, automatic hiding, or icons kept out of view except in the app’s preferences.
