Overview

AI Review Sensor brings review replies, moderation signals, and analytics for Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile into a web-based workflow. It suits mobile app businesses that want to speed up replies while keeping safeguards around sensitive cases. Its strongest appeal is the combination of draft-first replies and generous paid reply allowances; teams that need social-platform coverage should look elsewhere.

Key features

Reply drafting with safeguards

The AI considers sentiment, language, intent, and context, then drafts a personalized response in the reviewer's language and the configured brand voice. Drafts are the default, giving teams a chance to check public-facing messages before they go out. Auto Send can be enabled with rules for rating, sentiment, confidence, and daily limits, but low-star reviews and reviews flagged as spam or abusive remain in human approval and are never automatically answered. That balance fits teams that want to reduce routine work without treating every review as safe to automate; it is less suited to businesses seeking fully unattended replies.

Moderation and analytics

Starter and Pro include automatic spam and abuse flagging. Flagging helps identify reviews for attention, but AI Review Sensor says only the platform can remove a review, so it is not a removal service. Analytics cover rating trends, sentiment, recurring complaints, feature requests, and performance by platform. These signals make the product more useful for spotting product and support issues than a reply-only tool.

Connections, security, and setup

The live integrations are Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile. Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok are described as coming soon, so teams relying on those channels should not choose it for unified coverage today. Apple setup requires an App Store Connect API key and uploading its .p8 file; Google Play requires an account with Reply to reviews permission. The security page says connected tokens and keys are encrypted at rest, official platform APIs are used, and credentials are not sent to the browser. The company also says it does not sell customer data, supports export and deletion, and provides a signed Data Processing Agreement.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and lasts forever, but its 1,000 AI review replies are a one-time lifetime allowance. Unlimited apps and listings make it a useful way to try the workflow across multiple properties, but the fixed allowance is not a lasting fit for teams with ongoing reply volume.

Starter costs 39.99 USD per month, is cancel anytime, and includes 10,000 AI review replies per month plus unlimited apps and listings. It is the practical choice for teams with substantial but bounded monthly volume; spam and abuse auto-flagging is included at this tier. Pro costs 79.99 USD per month, also cancel anytime, and raises the reply allowance to unlimited while retaining unlimited apps and listings. It adds priority support, which matters to teams that need a more responsive support path. The upgrade is chiefly worthwhile when the Starter quota is too restrictive or priority support is important.

Platforms

AI Review Sensor is a web product with live connections to Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google Business Profile. The platform permissions and API-key setup make account access a real part of deployment, especially for teams without an administrator available to configure those accounts.

Who it's for

Mobile app businesses—including consumer, SaaS, game, health, fitness, and education apps—are the clearest fit. It is particularly appropriate for teams that want replies in a configured brand voice, review trends and complaint themes in one place, and a human checkpoint for sensitive reviews. It is a weaker choice for businesses whose main need is review coverage across social networks or automatic handling of every review without escalation.

Pros and cons

Pros: Draft-first replies and rule-based Auto Send allow teams to automate selectively rather than surrendering every response to automation.
Pros: Low-star and flagged spam or abusive reviews are kept for human approval, a meaningful safeguard for public reputation.
Pros: Unlimited apps and listings on every plan, with a 10,000-reply monthly Starter quota and unlimited replies on Pro, can accommodate growing portfolios.
Cons: The Free plan's 1,000 replies are a lifetime total, not a recurring allowance, which limits its usefulness for sustained operations.
Cons: Live coverage is limited to three review platforms; announced social integrations are not live yet.
Cons: Setup requires platform-specific access and credentials, including an uploaded Apple .p8 key and Google Play reply permission.

Alternatives

For broader app-review analytics and a lower entry price, consider AppFollow: its free plan covers 2 apps, 10 competitor apps, 100 manual replies per month, and 7 days of historical data, while its ASO plan is 19.00 USD per month. Choose it if those app-focused limits and its API/web availability suit your workflow better than AI Review Sensor's three live integrations and reply-oriented plans.

Reply Argus is another freemium option, with a free plan offering 100 replies per month for one active app and manual approval plus 5-star auto-publishing; its Indie plan costs 29.00 USD per month. It may suit a single-app operation with modest volume and a lower paid starting point, while AI Review Sensor has a much larger Starter quota and broader listed platform coverage.

For a no-account drafting option, ReplyWithCare offers a free Starter plan with three replies a day, five basic tones, and multi-language replies; its Pro plan is 9.00 USD per month. It is a better match for occasional reply drafting than an integrated workflow with review analytics and moderation controls.

Locivo is a freemium web option whose free plan combines AI replies with 33+ site monitoring, citation management, local rank tracking, and review-request email campaigns. Consider it when local-search visibility and review acquisition are more central than AI Review Sensor's app-store and Google review workflow.

ReviewPilot has a free plan capped at one app or location, 30 AI replies per week, 100 stored reviews, one team seat, and other channel limits. It may fit a small operation that can work within those caps; AI Review Sensor's free allowance is larger overall but does not renew.

Review Revolution is a paid alternative with a free plan and free trial, available on Android, iOS, and web.

Replzy is another web alternative with a free plan and free trial.

Review Responder is a freemium Android and iOS option. Its Pro Monthly plan costs 9.99 USD per month and includes unlimited drafts, seven tones, quick reply, and operator-style fingerprint training; consider it for mobile-first drafting rather than AI Review Sensor's cross-platform review management.

Verdict

AI Review Sensor is a strong fit for mobile app teams that want one web workflow for three major review sources, brand-aware drafts, actionable review analytics, and human control over sensitive replies. Its chief reason to choose it is the combination of controlled automation and substantial paid reply allowances. Look elsewhere if social-platform coverage is essential, or if the lifetime-only free quota is not enough and a monthly free allowance is a priority.
