Overview

AgreeDo keeps preparation, the meeting record, and subsequent work in one sequence. Participants can add ideas, comments, and results to an agenda before a meeting; afterward, that agenda can become minutes with one click. Tasks assigned in the minutes can carry into a follow-up agenda, making it easier to keep ongoing work connected to the discussion that produced it.

That continuity is the central advantage over a notes-only approach. Agenda templates, recurring meetings, and decision tracking also support groups that need a repeatable record. The Basic plan, however, is sharply limited to four meetings per month and three participants per meeting, so it is a poor fit for teams that meet often or include larger groups.

Key features

Collaborative agendas and accountable minutes

Participants can contribute before a meeting, while task assignment and scheduling in the minutes give owners and timing a place in the record. Progress filters help users review outstanding work. This combination is useful when the point of minutes is not just to document what happened, but to make follow-through visible.

Follow-up and meeting access

AgreeDo can prepare a subsequent agenda from meeting minutes and automatically carry over ongoing tasks. That reduces the need to rebuild context for recurring discussions. Meeting controls offer another useful distinction: in moderated meetings, only the creator can edit while other participants can view and comment; closed meetings become read-only.

Connections and privacy

Meeting minutes support direct joining of Microsoft Teams, Webex, and GoToMeeting sessions. ICS integration works with calendar apps including Outlook and Google Calendar, and an Outlook plugin can add and access minutes from appointments. AgreeDo says it is accessed only over HTTPS and uses participant permissions to control meeting access; public meetings can be password protected. It also says it does not use AI or recordings to take notes, which will appeal to groups that prefer a human-created record.

Pricing

AgreeDo is freemium, with a 30-day trial and paid plans starting at $7.90/mo. AgreeDo Basic has no listed price and caps users at four meetings per month, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting. Those limits can work for occasional, small-group use, but leave little room for a busy schedule or shared materials.

AgreeDo Premium costs 7.90 USD per month, billed monthly. Annual billing is offered at a 10% discount compared with monthly billing. It removes the meeting, participant, and attachment caps and adds advanced search, custom print layout, moderated meetings, Excel/CSV export, and the ability to move or copy items between meetings. This is the more practical plan for regular teams, especially those that need export or tighter meeting controls.

Teams/Enterprise includes unlimited meetings, participants, and attachments, with custom pricing. It is the plan to consider when those unlimited allowances are needed at an organization level; the published plan description does not specify additional features.

Platforms

AgreeDo is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows, giving teams a choice across mobile, desktop, and browser use.

Who it's for

AgreeDo is aimed at teams, small businesses, NGOs, and clubs that want collaborative notes with a clear route from agenda to assigned work. It is particularly suited to recurring meetings where decisions and tasks need to be carried forward. Groups that meet frequently, regularly exceed three participants, or need more than one attachment per meeting will likely outgrow Basic and should weigh Premium instead.

Pros and cons

Pro: A connected meeting-to-follow-up workflow. Agendas become minutes, and ongoing tasks can feed into the next agenda automatically.
Pro: Useful controls for different meeting stages. Moderated meetings limit editing to the creator, while closed meetings are read-only.
Pro: Calendar and conferencing connections. ICS, the Outlook plugin, and direct meeting joins support common scheduling and meeting workflows.
Con: Basic has low practical ceilings. Four monthly meetings, three participants, and one attachment per meeting can constrain even a small team’s regular routine.
Con: Enterprise pricing is custom. Organizations considering Teams/Enterprise cannot compare its cost from the listed monthly price alone.

Verdict

AgreeDo is a strong fit for small teams, clubs, and nonprofits that want meeting preparation, minutes, decisions, and follow-up tasks to stay connected without AI note-taking. Its strongest reason to choose it is the automatic bridge from recorded work to the next agenda. Look elsewhere if Basic’s caps are too restrictive and Premium’s $7.90 monthly cost—or custom Teams/Enterprise pricing—does not fit your group.
