Overview

Agile CRM brings sales workflows, marketing automation, and customer support together rather than focusing on just one part of customer management. That breadth is useful for a smaller team trying to coordinate customer records and outreach across functions. The trade-off is that capacity and some capabilities vary sharply by plan, so a free start may require an upgrade sooner than expected as contacts, integrations, or API use increase.

The company says Agile CRM launched in 2013. Paid plans carry a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee. Its privacy policy describes confidential handling of customer and lead information and SSL encryption in transit, but is marked effective up to May 24, 2018; organizations assessing current privacy commitments should account for that date.

Key features

Sales management: Contact and deal management, a visual sales pipeline, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, telephony, and reporting cover common sales workflows. Email sync is supported; two-way email integration is specifically included from Starter. The combination is practical for teams that want deal progress and customer communication in the same CRM.
Marketing automation: Campaign automation, email campaigns and tracking, landing pages, web engagement, and mobile marketing give the platform a broad outreach toolkit. That range is a strength for businesses trying to coordinate campaigns with sales records, though the Enterprise tier is the one that explicitly includes unlimited campaign workflows.
Customer service: Helpdesk ticketing is joined by groups, labels, canned responses, views, activities, and reports. This lets a small team cover support alongside sales and marketing without needing a separate service workflow by default.
Integrations and development: Integrations include Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zendesk, HelpScout, and LiveHelpNow. Developer resources include REST and language APIs, webhooks, and single sign-on integration. Integration counts and API quotas still matter: Starter includes three plugins or integrations and 5,000 API calls per day, while higher plans expand both allowances.
Mobile and support: Android and iOS apps support tasks such as contact management, sending campaigns, and making calls. Support options include email support available 24/5, weekday phone support, scheduled calls, and weekly training workshops.

Pricing

Agile CRM uses a freemium model, with a free plan and paid plans beginning at 8.99 USD per month. The plan differences are consequential: contact capacity rises from 1,000 on Free to 10,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Regular, and unlimited on Enterprise, while daily API call limits rise from 500 to 5,000, 10,000, and 25,000 respectively.

Free — free: Up to 10 users, 1,000 contacts and companies, unlimited deals, tasks, and documents, email tracking, marketing automation, and helpdesk. It is a credible starting point for a small team, but 500 API calls per day and the contact cap constrain heavier use.
Starter — 8.99 USD per month: 10,000 contacts and companies, two-way email integration, marketing automation, three plugins or integrations, and 5,000 API calls per day. This is the sensible step up for teams that need more records and connected email, but its integration allowance is modest.
Regular — 29.99 USD per month: 50,000 contacts and companies, two-way telephony, post-call automation, more than 50 plugins or integrations, and 10,000 API calls per day. It fits teams whose calling and integration needs have outgrown Starter.
Enterprise — 47.99 USD per month: Unlimited contacts and companies, call recording, automated voicemails, unlimited campaign workflows, and 25,000 API calls per day. It is the most capable listed plan for larger usage needs, though the API quota remains finite.

Platforms

Agile CRM supports web, Android, and iOS, as well as API and extension access. The mobile apps extend contact, campaign, and calling tasks beyond the desktop; API and extension support give teams additional ways to connect the CRM with their software environment.

Who it's for

Agile CRM is best suited to small and medium-sized businesses seeking a single platform for sales, marketing, and support, especially when the free tier's 10-user allowance and 1,000-contact ceiling are enough to begin. It is less compelling for teams that expect high API demand or need broad integrations on the cheapest paid tier, since those limits make plan upgrades part of the decision.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, marketing automation, and helpdesk features live in one platform, reducing the need to coordinate those core functions across separate systems.
Pro: The free plan accommodates up to 10 users and includes unlimited deals, tasks, and documents, which makes it a useful entry point for a small operation.
Pro: Higher tiers add materially more contact capacity and integrations, with Regular including more than 50 plugins or integrations.
Con: Free is capped at 1,000 contacts and 500 API calls per day, so a growing customer base or connected workflow can outstrip it.
Con: Starter limits teams to three plugins or integrations, while two-way telephony and post-call automation require Regular.
Con: The privacy policy is marked effective only up to May 24, 2018, a relevant concern for organizations evaluating current data-handling commitments.

Alternatives

Consider Freshsales if a free CRM for up to three users is a closer fit; its listed Growth plan is 9.00 USD per month and billed annually. For a sales workflow centered on voicemail drops, compare the Voicemail Drop Software category; Ring.io is another option, with a Startup plan at 120.00 USD per month, monthly billing, and an annual commitment. Teams comparing broader CRM options can browse CRM Software.

Zoom Scheduler, CloudTalk AI Voice Agent, Dialpad Meetings, Drop Cowboy, and Zoho Voice are alternatives to consider alongside Agile CRM. Salesforce Sales Cloud is another option for readers comparing sales software. Readers evaluating sales motivation tools can also consult Sales Gamification Software.

Verdict

Agile CRM is a strong fit for a small or midsize business that wants sales, campaign automation, and helpdesk capabilities in one system, with a free tier that can support an initial team. Its central advantage is that functional breadth; its central caution is that contact, integration, and API limits make the cheapest plans a poor long-term fit for fast-growing or high-volume operations.
