Overview

Adlega brings MRR, costs, cash, runway, profit and loss, and KPIs into a 36-month operating model. Its driver-based approach links assumptions to downstream figures, so changing a driver updates the related forecast rather than leaving teams to reconcile separate spreadsheets. That structure is useful when a SaaS business needs to see how operating decisions affect cash and growth.

The MRR waterfall breaks out new, expansion, contraction and churned revenue month by month. Users can also plan roles, salaries and start dates, compare scenarios, and use goal seek to identify drivers that reach a target. Three-statement modeling and valuation models are supported, broadening the tool beyond a simple revenue forecast.

The AI CFO can create forecasts from plain-language descriptions and answer questions using model data, with answers traceable to drivers and formulas. Model data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI responses, and Adlega says it does not use customer data to train AI models. Analytics cookies load only after consent; session recordings mask typed input, are deleted after 30 days, and are stored in the EU. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate and are informational, not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Key features

Connected forecast: A 36-month model covers MRR, costs, cash, runway, P&L and KPIs. More than 40 drivers connect assumptions to downstream numbers, which helps teams assess the effects of changes in one place.
Revenue and planning: The monthly MRR waterfall separates new, expansion, contraction and churn. Hiring plans cover roles, salaries and start dates, while scenarios and goal seek help compare plans and work backward from a target.
AI CFO: Natural-language forecast creation and model-based answers can reduce the friction of exploring a plan. Traceability to drivers and formulas is valuable, but outputs still need human review given the stated accuracy and advice limitations.
Integrations: Founder includes one integration, while Growth names Google Analytics, Google Ads, Stripe and Chargebee. That makes Growth the more relevant tier for teams seeking those connections, though its token allowance and rollout status should factor into the decision.

Pricing

Adlega is freemium. The free plan is $0 /mo, forever, and includes one financial model, core forecasts, MRR and runway, 15 Adlega Tokens per month, and a read-only share link. It is a sensible way to explore the core model, but the single-model cap and small monthly token allowance limit ongoing use.

Founder costs $41.00 per month, billed annually at $490/yr, and renews at $82/mo after launch. It includes up to three models, 150 Adlega Tokens per month, multiple editable scenarios, one integration and a basic investor export. It suits an early-stage team that needs editable scenario planning, but the annual commitment and post-launch price increase are important trade-offs.

Growth costs $124.00 per month, billed annually at $1,490/yr, and renews at $248/mo after launch. It offers unlimited models, 1,000 Adlega Tokens per month, the named Google Analytics, Google Ads, Stripe and Chargebee integrations, and collaborators. It is the clearest fit for a growing team with greater modeling and collaboration needs; the plan is rolling out now, and the higher renewal price merits budgeting ahead.

Scale has custom pricing and includes multi-entity consolidation, SSO, API access and dedicated support. It is aimed at organizations that need those capabilities rather than a published entry price.

Platforms

Adlega is available on the web. The supported-platform information also includes API, while Scale specifically includes API access.

Who it's for

Adlega targets SaaS founders, CEOs and finance teams from pre-seed through growth stage. The free plan can serve an individual testing a single model; Founder is better suited to a small team building editable scenarios, and Growth to teams needing more models, collaborators and named integrations. Companies needing multi-entity consolidation, SSO or dedicated support should consider Scale. It is less suitable for anyone treating AI output as authoritative financial advice or needing a firm post-launch cost that does not rise from the introductory annual rate.

Pros and cons

Pro: The connected 36-month model brings revenue, costs, cash and runway together, making operational assumptions easier to evaluate against financial outcomes.
Pro: Monthly MRR breakdowns, hiring plans, scenarios and goal seek support both routine forecasting and target-driven planning.
Pro: A free plan provides core forecasts and a share link without a subscription fee.
Con: Free users are limited to one model and 15 tokens per month, which constrains repeated AI-assisted work.
Con: Founder and Growth use annual billing and list higher post-launch monthly prices, so the initial monthly figures are not the whole cost picture.
Con: AI outputs may be inaccurate and are explicitly not professional financial or legal advice, so users must validate them.

Verdict

Adlega is a strong fit for SaaS founders and finance teams that want connected operating forecasts, hiring plans and scenario analysis in a single driver-based model. Its free tier lowers the barrier to trying that approach, and its paid plans add models, tokens and integrations at clear annual commitments. Look elsewhere if you need mobile apps, or if the rising post-launch prices and the need to validate AI output do not fit your budget or workflow.
