Who it's for

1CRM may suit teams choosing between cloud access and an on-premise deployment, or comparing a free on-premise entry point with paid plans. Its Startup tiers set explicit limits on users, accounts, contacts, and storage, while the listed Professional and Enterprise cloud subscriptions remove the user, account, and contact caps. Teams should also consider that the two deployment types have different plan and billing structures.

Pros and cons

Pros

Offers both cloud subscription and on-premise plans, including a free forever on-premise option.
Lists a visual sales pipeline, marketing automation, and mobile apps.
Supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
Professional and Enterprise cloud subscriptions list unlimited users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts.

Cons

Startup and Startup+ plans impose caps on users, accounts, and targets/leads/contacts.
Listed annual amounts and month-to-month prices differ, and the plan table uses different payment descriptions for cloud and on-premise options.
The supplied plan details do not specify on-premise user or storage limits for the perpetual-license tiers.

Alternatives

For customer-service-focused options, compare Vtiger CRM, Freshdesk, eGain Customer Engagement Hub, Intercom, and YundaDesk alongside the Customer Service CRM Software category. For broader CRM comparisons, the category also includes Oracle Siebel CRM, Pega CRM, and Agentforce Contact Center.

Verdict

1CRM's clearest distinction in the listed details is its combination of cloud subscriptions, on-premise choices, and a free on-premise plan. Its feature set names sales-pipeline visualization and marketing automation, while its platform list spans desktop and mobile systems. The main decision points are plan limits and deployment: the Startup options cap users and records, higher cloud tiers list unlimited users and records, and on-premise perpetual licenses have separate payment terms. The 30-day trial offers a way to assess fit before choosing a plan.
