What Zell is

Zell turns sales calls into daily rep practice and coaching priorities for managers. It analyzes video calls, phone calls and in-person meetings, then gives each representative a focus skill and a short drill based on recent calls. Managers can see which reps and skills need attention and track whether coaching inputs improve across later calls. Zell supports transcription, objection detection, coaching scorecards, next-step extraction and CRM synchronization. Transcripts and feedback can be translated automatically into a manager’s language. For hiring and training, it offers candidate roleplays, market-specific onboarding courses, role-play scenarios, custom scorecards, structured courses and recurring or one-time training tasks. Connections include CRM, meeting and learning systems, with Slack notifications described in its documentation. Zell MCP links a Zell workspace with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex through account OAuth and requires Zell AI access.
