Vieple is video interviewing software for recruitment and candidate screening. Candidates can complete recorded interviews at a time and place that suits them, or join live interviews through ViepleNOW, including group and panel sessions. Screening tools support knockout questions, automated scoring and keyword matching. Interviewers can use scorecards, and multiple stakeholders can review, rate and comment on interviews. To support bias reduction, Vieple offers options to hide candidate details, review audio only and flag differences in reviewer ratings. The platform is mobile optimised and available on Android, iOS and the web; ViepleNOW also has a mobile-friendly option that requires no app. Vieple says it can integrate with any ATS and lists partners on its site. It says personal information is held at a secure data centre in Australia, and its terms refer to the Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR. Pricing is available on request, and a 14-day trial is offered. Its terms recommend verifying unsupervised interview results through other assessment processes and say participant identity is not guaranteed.
