What VibeMail is

VibeMail is an encrypted email service with multiple addresses, custom domains on paid plans, and a transactional email API. Message bodies are encrypted at rest and protected in transit; the maker says it cannot read messages sealed with a password-derived key. Each alias has its own encryption identity. VibeMail says it does not show ads, profile users, or train models on customer mail, and scans inbound messages for spam and malware before encryption. The API includes templates, webhooks, delivery tracking, and suppression handling, with SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go, and Rust, plus an MCP server and REST access. IMAPS, submission, and POP3S are supported, and the maker says Apple Mail, Gmail, and Outlook on mobile can connect using IMAP and SMTP. The free plan includes one encrypted address, 500 MB of storage, and web access. Pro costs $2.99/month and adds 10 addresses, 10 GB, a custom domain, and 5,000 sends. Users can export account data as JSON. Mail may not be recoverable after a forgotten password if recovery was not set up; VibeMail recommends a recovery address and twelve-word recovery phrase.
