What VetNG is

VetNG is a mobile-first platform for pet clinics to manage records, appointments, treatments, payments, stock, reminders, online booking, a client portal, and analytics. Owner and pet details are kept together with visit history, while clinical records can include diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, vaccinations, and follow-ups. Financial tools cover invoices, part-payments, income and expenses, VAT calculations, and reports on revenue, debtors, and stock value. Inventory features include low-stock and expiry alerts, supplier details, and restocking workflows. Clinics can send appointment and vaccination reminders through WhatsApp, and record cash, bank transfer, POS, or mobile money payments in their own currency. VetNG says it is designed for weak networks and can keep working when the light goes. It describes protections including end-to-end encryption and clinic-specific data isolation. The free plan costs nothing and allows one admin with zero staff. Starter costs 120,000 NGN a year and includes one admin and two staff. VetNG is web-based and aimed at small or growing clinics in Africa, especially West African practices.
