What VetiCloud is
VetiCloud is cloud-based veterinary practice management software for clinics handling appointments, patient records, inventory, staff tasks, hospitalisation and official documents. Its workflow includes scheduling, online booking, visit records, prescriptions, invoicing and clinic analytics, with inventory linked to visits. With a pet owner’s consent, clinics using VetiCloud can make patient records and treatment histories available across locations. Optional modules include automatic laboratory-result imports, hospitalisation, DICOM imaging and a clinic website. Separate mobile apps give owners access to records, recommendations, reminders and chat, while staff can check shifts, queues, visit records and rotas and use on-device dictation. The browser-based system is stated to run on Windows, macOS and Linux, as well as iOS and Android phones. KSeF e-invoicing is listed, but wholesaler, external-lab and in-house analyser integrations are still on the roadmap. There is no free plan or setup fee, and no fixed-term contract.

Who it suits
VetiCloud suits veterinary clinics that want scheduling, patient records, invoicing and clinic operations in one system. Its owner and staff apps may also suit clinics that want mobile access to records and day-to-day work tools.
Verdict
VetiCloud brings core clinic workflows, owner access and staff tools into a browser-based system with mobile apps. Clinics should check the plan limits and optional-module needs, and note that several integrations are not yet in production.
