What Verifit is

Verifit is workflow software for Right to Work checks, supplier due diligence, and document verification, with an audit trail. Uploaded documents are checked for format, legibility, date consistency, and expiry before human review. Workflows can include sanctions-list and adverse-media screening, with scheduled re-screening. Unclear matches and failed checks can be sent to named reviewers, who must record a written rationale. Verifit keeps an append-only, time-stamped activity log and provides ordered evidence-pack exports in PDF or CSV. It says machine signals assist review, but a human examiner confirms every final finding about a person. The platform states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and exhibit views are logged. Customer data is processed and stored in the UK by default using Cloudflare infrastructure. The JSON API and webhooks are in early access with design partners; its iOS and Android capture app is in development. Pricing is available on request.
