What VenueBook is
VenueBook is web software for hospitality businesses managing event bookings from the first enquiry through administration, deposits, team communications and function sheets. Booking statuses can trigger configurable emails, tasks, payment requests and other actions automatically. Guests receive a branded portal where they can view event details, pay, sign documents, submit pre-orders and message the team. VenueBook supports Stripe payment links for deposits, along with phone payments and bank transfers. Deposit receipts can sync to Xero as prepayments, and event invoices can be raised when required. Bookings can sync with Google Calendar and Outlook or Office 365 calendars. Listed tools include a venue calendar, space booking, contract management, event-day tools and floor-plan tools. Single Venue and Multiple Venues plans cost £79/month plus VAT, with different venue coverage; Enterprise pricing is bespoke for 11 or more venues.
