Tungsten AP Essentials automates invoice capture and validation, then classifies extracted data and routes it for approval. It accepts supplier invoices in paper, PDF, and electronic formats delivered by post, email, EDI, or internet portals. OCR and machine learning extract data and line items, with two-way and three-way matching available. Configurable approval and exception workflows support routing and user-assisted GL coding. Named integrations include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Oracle Financial Cloud, Oracle NetSuite, and Coupa Spend Management. The REST API covers accounts, authentication, documents, files, master data, users, and workflows. Pre-built dashboards show invoice status and exceptions, while zero-touch processing provides feedback to optimize processing. The product supports multiple currencies and a wide range of invoice-origin and interface languages. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan. A 60-day trial offers Basic or Premium features; Dynamics signup instructions describe a Premium trial of up to 75 documents for two months.
