What TenantWise is

TenantWise is a hosted SaaS portal for housing providers that gives tenants online access to their housing accounts. Tenants can view transactions, balances and payment history, update contact details, raise requests and report repairs. They can pay rent, service charges and other housing fees, and set up direct debits. Providers can create reusable task-flow templates for processes such as onboarding, collecting documents and payments. The administrator dashboard includes signup and registration statistics, engagement reporting and configurable repairs. Named integrations include Adobe Sign, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint and housing management systems; TenantWise says it can build additional integrations when needed. Its documentation also describes a Civica Cx API integration requiring a Civica Cx user with API permissions. Administrators can use Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. TenantWise says it runs on AWS, encrypts sensitive data and undergoes regular security audits. Native mobile access is available on Android and iOS, alongside web and API platforms.
