It brings together matter management, automatic time tracking, document automation, billing, trust accounting, and business reporting. Archie AI works within matters to review information, summarize documents, draft correspondence, and answer questions. TemplateLab offers more than 20,000 templates that populate from matter information. Smokeball highlights Microsoft Word and Outlook integration, and its marketplace lists 104 partner tools when opened. Features vary by plan: Boost includes client and matter management, task and calendar management, Microsoft 365 integrations, a client portal, eSignature, and eFiling. Grow adds practice-area templates, document automation, automated forms, email management, and a web app. Bill focuses on invoicing, time and expenses, online payments, trust accounting, and reporting; Prosper+ includes firm insights, lead management, advanced matter intake, custom workflows, and reporting. Pricing is available on request, and there is no free plan. Boost is browser-based and support says it can be accessed from PCs, Macs, iPads, and mobile phones. Grow and Prosper+ require a locally installed 64-bit Windows 11 desktop app; Mac OS is unsupported for those tiers. Smokeball says it provides training and data migration options.
