What SiteView is

SiteView is a paid web app that combines construction project management, estimating, project costing, and invoicing for contractors. Estimates can contain sections, line items, and markups, then be exported as branded PDFs for online approval and e-signature. Approved estimates become project budgets, while expenses, receipts, and invoices update actual costs and projected margin. QuickBooks Online synchronizes invoices, expenses, and vendors; Stripe and Square can be connected for online invoice payments. SiteView includes client portal access, selection management, change orders, and a calendar schedule view. The installable web app can be added to a phone home screen. Intended users include remodelers, general contractors, flooring and demo crews, specialty trades, owner-operators, and small construction teams. A markup calculator and change order generator are free without signup.
