SiteOps
SiteOps is web-based maintenance request software for property managers.
What SiteOps is
SiteOps is web-based maintenance request software for property managers. Tenants can submit issues through property-specific forms that collect a category, unit or room number, description, name, email, and optional photo. Managers can track the requests on a work dashboard and move them through a Kanban board with new, in progress, and done statuses. Requesters can look up progress using a confirmation code and unit number. When an email recipient is configured in the app, new requests and status changes can trigger emails to the owner and requester. SiteOps runs in a browser and offers mobile access. Its Free plan costs nothing and covers one property and three requests per month. Paid plans are Starter at $29 a month, Growth at $79 a month, and Pro at $199 a month. Their published limits vary by tier for team access, categories, properties, requests, and branding. Paid-plan checkout includes a 30-day trial only for users who have not already used a trial. Support is available at [email protected].
