What Signivo is

Signivo centrally manages company email signatures for organizations using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. An administrator connects the company directory, selects a template, and publishes signatures to employees. Employee details—including names, titles, contact information, teams, and locations—sync from the directory. Administrators can adjust templates with a drag-and-drop editor, then target signatures by team, group, or location. The service supports different layouts and disclaimers for groups, as well as centrally managed banner campaigns and legal disclaimers. It deploys signatures in Gmail and Outlook. For Google Workspace, signatures can also appear in the Gmail app on iPhone and Android, depending on the user's phone signature setting; the Outlook app on phones is not supported for Microsoft 365. Signivo says it does not access email content, drafts, or attachments. It identifies its service as GDPR compliant and says customer data is hosted in Germany in the EU. A 14-day trial does not require a credit card; after it ends, the account freezes unless a payment method is added.
