SettlePair
SettlePair is a browser-based tool for matching bank deposits to invoices using CSV files.
What SettlePair is
SettlePair is a browser-based tool for matching bank deposits to invoices using CSV files. It uses deterministic, rule-based matching, shows the evidence behind each score and leaves the match decision to the user; it does not use AI. Users can handle payment exceptions by allocating a partial payment, splitting one deposit across invoices or applying multiple deposits to one invoice. A reviewed reconciliation can be exported as settlepair-reconciliation.csv. Invoice and bank files are parsed in the browser and are not uploaded. For users who create an account to work with their own files, the account stores an email address only; payer rules and opted-in saved sessions remain on the user's device, and saved sessions expire after 30 days. SettlePair does not connect to banks or accounting systems, so users import CSV exports and record the reviewed results themselves. It works with current desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and corresponding mobile browser engines. Very large files may be constrained by device memory. The product is aimed at small businesses, bookkeepers and accounts-receivable teams. It is free during beta, with no subscription tiers or payment collected.

Verdict
