Account tools include inventory and remediation, scheduled password updates, password concealment, and temporary password issuance. The system records access and operations, encrypts logs, limits decrypted-log access to authorized auditors, and checks for tampering or deletion. Audit functions link request information with operation logs and include reports, dashboards, bypass-login detection, and checks for keywords or sensitive information. Authentication can use Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OpenLDAP, or the product’s LDAP; optional one-time-password MFA supports software and hardware tokens. Its gateway architecture works with on-premises and cloud environments without endpoint installation. A WebAPI and ServiceNow ITSM integration support request workflows.
