The fee receipt generator supports cash, cheque, and online payments, then sends parents SMS and email confirmations. Reports show daily, monthly, and annual collections, payment status by student, grade, and section, student strength, and admissions and departures. Other listed tools include parent SMS broadcasts, a digital library for teachers, and customizable logos, colors, and fonts. Security controls listed by the service include SSL login, individual credentials, role-based access, transaction logs, and cloud storage with backup. Web plans are billed annually: Basic $1,200 a year, Advanced $1,500 a year, and Premium $2,000 a year.
