School Track IT combines school asset, inventory, and compliance management in a permission-based portal. Assets can be assigned to staff, learners, or parents, moved between rooms, and tracked through status changes and activity logs. QR and PAT workflows cover due dates, tester assignments, retests, and checks that assets have been seen. Reports and advanced search support audit, room, category, disposal, and PAT views. A Windows agent collects hardware, operating system, disk, software, and usage data and can link devices to asset records. Software checks identify prohibited or required applications and minimum-version findings. Compliance tools include policy versioning, signing and review, forms, training records, first-aid and fire checks, and drills. The Android app supports scanning, room work, PAT tasks, reports, and site checks. A managed Chrome extension handles Chromebook inventory and usage check-ins. Role-based permissions control access. Customer data, logs, and backups are stored in the United Kingdom, according to the privacy policy.
