Rubrik Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) for Microsoft 365 helps teams find sensitive information, assess who can access it and apply governance controls across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Machine-learning classification uses business context to categorize documents such as contracts, resumes and financial records; AI-based classification can also apply Microsoft Information Protection sensitivity labels. The service maps direct, group and role-based access, and can remove public, organization-wide or individual access in bulk. It can identify exposed files before a Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, support recovery of mission-critical groups, and automate Entra ID and Active Directory recovery. Rubrik lists integrations with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Backup Storage. Operations run in an Azure account hosted by the customer or Rubrik, while protected data stays in that Azure tenant. Each protected user account requires a license, which includes one shared mailbox. Pricing is on request; there is no free plan. The service is available on the web.
