RoomPriceGenie is a cloud-based revenue management system that uses real-time data to set and update hotel room prices. It is designed for independent hotels, B&Bs, apartments, and small hotel groups. Autopilot can send prices to a property management system or channel manager, with updates up to 24 times per day. Pricing tools include forward-looking prices, a rate calendar, reporting and analytics dashboards, market data, occupancy forecasting, revenue forecasting, dynamic pricing, and real-time surge protection. RoomPriceGenie says it offers more than 80 integrations with PMSs and channel managers, and provides an Open API waitlist for systems not listed. The free 14-day trial includes setup by a professional revenue manager. There is no free plan, and pricing is available on request. Plans require annual commitment and can be paid monthly or upfront. Core lists 12 months of future pricing, four daily uploads, a three-month performance view, email-only surge alerts, and orphan-gap protection. Premium and Professional list 18 months of future pricing and uploads 24 times daily. Customer data is hosted primarily in Switzerland and/or the EEA, with role-based access controls, privileged-access MFA, and encryption in transit.
