RentCafe PHA

What RentCafe PHA is

RentCafe PHA is web-based software for administering housing programs across multiple program types. It brings together eligibility workflows, recertification, waitlist management, and a resident portal. Eligibility workflows support reviewing applicants, while recertification handles recurring checks of resident eligibility. Waitlist management organizes applicants who are waiting for housing. The resident portal gives residents an online access point related to the programs they use. These functions cover several stages of housing administration in one product, from assessing eligibility through ongoing reviews and resident access. RentCafe PHA is offered as paid software, with pricing available on request rather than a listed amount. It runs on the web. The associated organization was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, United States. Organizations handling more than one housing program can review whether these listed workflows fit their administrative processes before requesting a price.
