Reconcile.ly syncs Shopify orders, payments, refunds, fees, and payouts with Xero or QuickBooks Online for ecommerce accounting.
What Reconcile.ly is
Reconcile.ly syncs Shopify orders, payments, refunds, fees, and payouts with Xero or QuickBooks Online for ecommerce accounting. It can group payout orders into a single invoice that matches a bank deposit, and supports invoice mapping, tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive sales, refunds, gift cards, and gateway fees. Sync timing depends on the plan: Starter syncs daily, Standard hourly, and Pro and Unlimited in real time. The plans also differ in transaction limits and tools such as inventory and contact syncing, multicurrency support, transaction grouping, and COGS reconciliation. Starter costs $9 a month for 100 transactions; Standard is $29 a month for 400; Pro is $49 a month for 800; and Unlimited is $99 a month for unlimited transactions. Multicurrency is included with Pro and Unlimited, but not Standard. The web service has no free plan, though a free trial is available. Historical payments up to 60 days old can be retrieved through the Xero integration.
