What Quotsoft is

Quotsoft is web-based proposal and quoting software for creating quotes, sharing them with customers, and following their responses. Quotes can contain line items, options, taxes, and discounts, with a template using your logo, company details, and colors. Customers receive a live web link where they can view or download the quote as a PDF, then approve, reject, or ask questions on its message board. Quotsoft notifies the sender when a customer opens or approves a quote. The Free plan costs nothing and includes unlimited quotes and contacts, 15 PDF exports per month, and 30 emails per month, but no version history. Pro costs $19 a month, billed at $19 per user per month, and includes 100 PDF exports, 500 emails, and 10 versions per quote. Business costs $49 a month, billed at $49 per user per month, with unlimited PDF exports and emails and 30 versions per quote. New accounts get Pro and Business features for 30 days, and the free plan does not require a credit card. Sending from your own email through SMTP is available on Pro and Business.
