QuoteMachine is a web-based tool for retailers to create quotes, invoices, and manage orders. Users can tailor sales documents with logos, icons, product images, and videos, then contact customers by email, SMS, or chat through quotes, orders, and invoices. Branded invoice templates support full or partial payments, deposits, and card or ACH payments. Recurring invoices can use custom terms, intervals, and durations, with optional automated card or ACH collection.

Retailers can view inventory across locations, add catalog items to invoices, or create items during a sale. The system can automate payment reminders, late fees, and account statements. Listed capabilities also include e-signatures, quote and client activity tracking, analytics and reporting, custom branding, online payment collection, and CRM integrations. Lightspeed lists QuoteMachine as an integration for eCommerce, invoicing, social commerce, and subscriptions. Pricing is on request. Support is available through in-app chat Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Lightspeed says the product remains operational and customers retain access to its features and Help Center despite the closure of its marketing website.
