PAYS POS is a point-of-sale system for restaurants, with additional support for retail and service businesses. Its suite combines point of sale, kitchen display, self-order kiosk, handheld POS, third-party delivery, online ordering and websites, marketing and reporting, and Cash Discount Pro. Inventory tools track ingredient usage and stock levels, produce real-time reports, flag low inventory, and can automate purchase orders. Online ordering includes customizable menus, automatic menu updates, QR-code ordering, custom websites, and social-media ordering. The system accepts cash, credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, and contactless payments, and supports offline payments. PAYS states that it is PCI compliant with end-to-end encryption. Named integrations include QuickBooks, Mailchimp, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, alongside an Open API. Multi-location management provides centralized controls, consolidated reports, and consistent menu and pricing updates.
