Pactly also provides a contract repository, version timelines, and automated reminders for milestones and renewals. Its AI-assisted review checks external contracts against default or customized playbooks and uses third-party AI technology. Integrations include DocuSign and Adobe Sign; Ultimate includes SharePoint integration for backup only. A REST API can access contracts, generate contracts from data, connect internal systems, and trigger custom actions. Pactly says it is ISO 27001 certified, PDPA compliant, encrypts data at rest and in transit, and hosts infrastructure in Singapore. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is available. Essentials is $99 a month, billed monthly on an annual plan; Growth is $139 a month and Ultimate is $179 a month on the same billing basis.
