Officevibe helps managers and HR leaders understand employee engagement through surveys, feedback, recognition, and team insights. Pulse and custom surveys collect employee input, while AI can create and analyze surveys and suggest actions. Employees can send anonymous feedback and use Good Vibes cards to recognize wins. Reports include engagement scores, benchmarking, question results, feedback, one-on-one participation, recognition, and exportable data. Pulse scoring covers 10 engagement metrics and appears only after at least three responses per metric. Team results require at least three active respondents, while anonymous feedback requires a team of at least five members. Workleap lists integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and HRIS systems including BambooHR, HiBob, and Workday.
