Modern Health provides mental health services for employers and their workforces, from self-guided tools to crisis care. Its Adaptive Care Model connects guidance and care across levels of need. Members can access coaches and therapists, with recommendations shaped by well-being assessments, clinical needs, preferences, language, and provider availability. The company says its provider network spans more than 200 countries and territories and supports more than 80 languages. Employers can use Modern Health Central for aggregate, anonymized utilization and well-being metrics, with breakdowns by department or office location. If an employer enables Benefits Navigation, members can access relevant employer-sponsored well-being benefits in the app or web application. The service integrates with HR and benefits workflows, and member login help describes employer SSO through Okta. Android and iOS apps are available, but the full mobile experience is not supported in mobile browsers. Pricing is available through a conversation with Modern Health, and the employer’s benefit package determines available features and services. Members may use their benefit only with in-network providers.
