Menlo’s cloud renders web sessions and removes active content while inspecting files and archives, including password-protected files. Web filtering can allow or block destinations by category, while inline CASB discovers and monitors SaaS applications and applies access controls and per-application rules. Secure Application Access provides agentless access for remote and hybrid workers, third parties included, through a browser on managed or unmanaged devices. Browser DLP checks form fields, files, and archives carried in browser traffic. Menlo Heat Shield AI detects fraudulent websites, with Google Vertex Gemini AI analysis used to strengthen detection. Configuration, management, and monitoring are delivered from the cloud, which Menlo says operates in hyperscaler clouds with global points of presence. The service is paid, with pricing available through an estimate tool or a sales quote; cost varies by deployed products and user licenses. Basic support is included in all deals.
