Made Tech Repairs lets residents report, book and track housing repairs online. Residents can describe issues in their home or communal areas and attach photos or videos. Staff use the Repairs dashboard to review incoming jobs, assign teams and send residents status updates. Built-in analytics track repair metrics, and reports can be exported to help identify recurring problems. This integration-free version is aimed at smaller housing associations and local authorities with up to 1,000 homes. It works without integrations, with an option to add integrations later. Made Tech describes setup as deployable in a few days and says customers can get started in one week. It does not charge an implementation fee for its Repairs product. Upfront and subscription costs are shared after discussion of an organisation’s needs, rather than published as a set price. The wider Repairs product can be purchased directly from Made Tech or through named Crown Commercial Service frameworks, including GCloud 13, Vertical Applications Solutions RM6259 and Technology Services 3. The service is web-based, and mobile access is listed.
