Lumity is a digital employee benefits broker and platform for benefits administration, renewals, employee questions and compliance. Its marketplace supports benefits benchmarking, carrier negotiations, plan comparison, implementation and employee education. A searchable portal brings together benefits documents, billing, benchmarking and issue resolution. Employees can use a mobile advocacy app, an interactive benefits guide and a knowledge base, with help from benefits experts. Lumity says it works with existing payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, HSA/FSA/commuter, COBRA and compliance processes. Its Okta integration syncs identities and devices and enables single sign-on to benefits enrollment. Compliance calendar support covers Form 5500, 1095 notices, required plan documents, SFHCSO, Medicare Part D and nondiscrimination testing. Supported plan types include medical, dental, vision, commuter, HSA and FSA; eligibility rules, enrollment events and ACA reporting are supported.
