Live Better AI creates personalized weekly meal plans and turns their ingredients into grocery lists. Setup records tastes, household size, schedule, and dietary needs, while later plans can adapt to meals users loved or skipped. Recipes are described as sourced dishes with full ingredient lists rather than AI-generated recipes. Calorie and macro targets use the Mifflin-St Jeor formula. Plans support per-person portions, nutrition floors for kids, pantry tracking from fridge or receipt photos, and a hands-free cook mode. Grocery lists can be checked off, printed, exported as CSV, or sent to Instacart, and recipes can be imported from Pinterest. The One plan costs $12 a month, billed monthly, and includes the whole household, weekly plans, recipes, nutrition targets, grocery lists, pantry tracking, and cook mode. New accounts receive a seven-day trial without a payment method, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Afterward, the latest plan and grocery list remain available, but creating another plan requires a subscription. The service runs on the web and iOS.
