LectionX

What LectionX is

LectionX is a free web-based RSVP speed-reading app from Creative Software Solutions LLC in New Mexico. It presents imported text one word at a time at a single focal point, rather than asking readers to scan across lines. Adjustable words-per-minute pacing, pause and resume controls, and focus-word highlighting let readers control how text appears. Light and dark themes and readable typography provide display options. LectionX supports English and Spanish text and is described for speakers of both languages. It runs in a browser on mobile and desktop devices without a download or login, and a Chrome extension is also listed. Reading content stays on the user’s device and is not stored or uploaded, according to the maker. Students, professionals, bilingual readers, and lifelong learners are named audiences. The Free plan costs nothing, with no sign-up required.
