Lastline is a web service for managing branded email signatures for Google Workspace teams. Its central dashboard imports employee details from Google Workspace Directory and updates signature information when those details change. Administrators can send signatures to Gmail across an organization in one step, without asking employees to install software. A visual HTML editor and designed templates support signature creation, with assignment by department, role, or organizational unit. Teams can schedule campaign banners, target them by team, and track clicks. Lastline describes its Google Workspace connection as using Gmail API, Directory API, and Admin SDK access. The maker says it is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and does not read email content. All plans include email support; paid plans add priority support. Starter is free with three seats, 10 templates, basic analytics, and 10 AI signature generations per month; the homepage also advertises free access for up to 10 employees. Grow costs $10 a month and includes up to 300 seats.
