KinderCloud

What KinderCloud is

KinderCloud is a childcare management service available through the web, iOS, and Android. Its listed functions include enrollment management, family communication, attendance and check-in, billing and payments, and lesson planning. The service is made by KinderCloud, headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Plans are organized around child and staff capacity. Basic is listed for 30 children and five staff. Standard supports 100 children and unlimited staff. Professional provides unlimited child capacity. KinderCloud has no free plan but offers a 30-day trial. Mobile apps for both major mobile platforms extend access beyond the web. The combination of enrollment, attendance, billing, communication, and lesson planning addresses several routine childcare-center administration needs in one service. Centers can compare their enrollment with the stated plan limits, and consider whether Basic’s five-staff cap or Standard’s unlimited staff allowance fits their operation.
